What People have to say,
"That was one of the most informative classes that I have attended. It hits home when you find out who is being targeted, and how to pick-up on what is happening around you, and how you can possibly help these people as well as yourself. Thanks for the opportunity!"
"I thought the class was outstanding!"
"For what I learned, I feel like I have a heads up when we get the _hotel, I have a lot clearer view on what type of suspicious activity _to look for. The drug part made me feel like every parent must go to _this class just to protect their kids, I didn't know just how many drugs were out there."

Hospitality Crime Prevention

What rights do I have to refuse or evict problem customers?

Most states have well-defined statutes outlining innkeeper rights and responsibilities. Let CDAS explain the law.

Is my hotel/motel really at risk for drug activity?
Hotel's and Motel's are classified as a "High Crime Probability" due in part to drug laws being so tough. The drug dealers and manufactures no longer want to risk losing their own personal property such as house, vehicle, and personal assets. So they are now turning to renting hotel and motel rooms to conduct their illegal activities. Let CDAS train you on how to identify behavior and paraphernalia so you can stop them before they even check in.

Which of my employee's should go through the class?
All employees can profit from this training. A coffee filter with red colored debris in it may not attract attention by itself. But this combined with the client paying cash, lots of phone calls to the room, and having the "Do not disturb" sign up for three days should raise serious questions. Through team work, together employee's can identify this as a potential problem before any serious damage is done.
